Monday & Wednesday Advanced & Adult 6:00 On Monday we will have an in studio adult class at 6:45 that will NOT be on zoom. If you want to do an adult class on zoom please sign in at 6:00. On Wednesday there will be no in studio Family Class.
Wednesday 7:00 Black BeltClass-Blue Belts and above This class is only on Wednesday.
