On THURSDAYS there will be an IN STUDIO ONLY Adult Class 6:30-7:15 and an IN STUDIO ONLY Sparring Class 6:30-7:15. If you want to do an adult class on Thursday on ZOOM please sign in to our 5:45 time slot.
